Many women choose to end the liquid eyeliner makeup. I do not I can use it-not only because I know not apply-but because it gives me some eye allergy.

- Step 1 : Most makeup artists apply liquid eyeliner eye shadow, as this lasts longer.
- Step 2 : Before applying liquid eyeliner, make sure you have at hand a makeup remover and pads. Before applying, shake the tube liner.
- Step 3 : Apply the liquid eyeliner from the center of the upper lashes, then apply eyeliner on a pair of dots that join the middle with the inner end of the upper eyelashes.
- Step 4 : Curl lashes and apply mascara and other makeup as usual, ie, blush, lipstick, etc.. It is important to be thickening the line gradually and go slowly advancing fast and accurate pulse.
