Eye Makeup Tutorial : Green Punchy

Eye Makeup Tutorial : Green Punchy

I was inspired by MAC's To the Beach look Sweet and Punchy:

I didn't buy ANYTHING from that collection, so I did it by using these:

NYX Jumbo pencil Milk (depotted in the pic)
NYX Jumbo pencil Lemon
NYX Jumbo pencil Black Bean
Manly 120 color palette
Black gel liner
Mascara (not pictured)

Here are the colors I used :

So how did I do it?
See and learn, my little grasshoppers

Only brow done. You can add the primer prefered, I didn't use any this time :

Well, I used NYX Jumbo Pencils, but they aren't excatly primers.
Anyway, I added Milk under the brow, Lemon to crease and lid, and small amount of Black Bean on the lashline and outer corner :

Then I added lighter green with a flat brush (ie. 252, 239), and blend it above the crease with a blending brush (ie. 224) :

Here's several steps;
First take black eyeshadow, add it to the crease, outer corner and along upper lashline (with ie. 219).
Then take darker green and blend the black so there isn't harsh lines.
Finally add light goldish color to your highlight  (I used 275), use it a bit to blend the green too:

Then to the lower lashline.
Add NYX jumbo pencil Lemon :

Add lighter green on top of the Lemon, and a hint of black shadow to outer corner:

Then black liner, both to waterline and upper lashline. Upper line should blend to the black shadow :

And finally black mascara :

Done!

Here's a supercool picture I drew for you:

And more pics !

I paired with :
Maybelline Dream mousse blush 02 Coral,
NYX Blush Terracotta
MSCHIC Shading powder

And

NYX Round Lipstick in Orange Soda :

Spring Of Hearts

Today was sunny day, and I wanted to use my new MUFE #20 Star powder since i think it's really warm and sunny color. I decided to combo it with MAC's Teal and Dark Soul, and as a last touched I added some MAC Melon to the look. And I also "found" thick liners again :D

And full face, and my new hair color :D

Then something complately different.

I originally designed this look (and especially the hat) for MUG's Alice challenge, but the look didn't came up as cool I hoped it would, so I'm perhaps gonna redo this whole idea. Hat is probably not gonna change (I kinda like it that way, thou it was supposed to have a small golden crown, not feathers), but I still have to work with the wig and makeup.
What color wig would my Queen of Hearts have? Do I keep it red, or change it to white, blon or black?

And bad closeup of the eyemakeup, you can see that there's actually a heart in there. And the smudges on the lower lashline are made in purpose, I wanted it look like she had cried black tears or something:

But hey, tomorrow I'm gonna see Burton's Alice in the theater! Hopefully it'll be be good and inspiring

Pearl Liners

Pearl Liners

Hello!

Remember my hype about the BeautyUK Pearl liner a while back?
I liked it so much, that I got myself the rest of the shades too!

Eclipse, Sorceress, Purple Haze

Blue Lagoon, Oceania, Stardust

Stardust (again) , Sphinx, Rich Mahogany

They are all the same quality, none is less pigmented, less wet or dry or anything. They all have almost phenomenal staying power, my swatches lasted two days (and two showers!) without taking almost any damage.
Some may find it as a bad thing, I think it's great that it won't come off unless I wanted to go off. The only problem is that these are a bit too wet, so you may need to first draw a line, wait a moment, and then enhance the line with another stroke.

+ : I love the color selection, the tip is thin and sturdy enough, and they'll last almost anything.
: Bit too wet, might need to layer them to get even color.

Overall:

Stardust:
True silver.

Shpinx:
True yellow gold.

Ocenia:
Turquiose, reminds me of Gosh's turquioise extreme art liner, but this on is paler, not so teal as the Gosh's liner.

Eclipse:
Not black, but dark blueish purple grey with multicolored sparkles.

Rich Mahogany:
On BeautyUK's website this looks more red, but in the real life this is beautiful warm shimmery brown.

Sorceress:
Dark beautiful purple.

Blue Lagoon:
Super electric blue.

Purple Haze:
Almost electric purple.

These swatches won't really do justice to these, they are so bright and vibrant in real life! I hope I'll find time and inspiration to do some looks with these soon.
