Using colored pencils, as eyeliner
Looking for a new way to apply eye makeup? This is an excellent technique because it is inexpensive, has a wide variety of colors and is fun. When people think of eyeliner pencils, crayons think, but how do you combine the two? Read on to find out.
- Place the pencil eyeliner on the desired color in hot water. The water should be hot, not lukewarm. Let the pen sit for about 5 minutes. If you want a thick outlined, leave the pen in hot water for 7 to 10 minutes. Then take the pencil and pat dry with paper towel.
- Decide the style of eyeliner can be a smoky look, style, decade 60, cleopatra, cat eyes, in short, be creative. Also decide how much you want to highlight the eyeliner.
- Apply eyeliner gently starting at the upper lash line, you can draw around the eye or only third. Diisfrute your new look.
